The great villa with green and cozy territory. There are everything that you need for the good rest there, nice swimming pool, well equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms with own toilet rooms. About 700m from the beach rn
My wife and I have just spent a lovely relaxing 3 weeks in the upstairs Villa adjacent to the Grand Villa. The sun terrace was a good size and fairly private., and the pool was kept immaculately clean. rnrnMr Douglas was always eager to help and came once or twice daily to make sure everything was ok, He even invited and took us to his own home on a couple of occasions for a drink of freshly prepared juices, and his wife cooked us a most delicious meal to enable us to sample traditional Sri Lankan fayre! He also took us to the local market where the choice of locally grown produce was extensive, really fresh and very cheap. The live-in Caretaker was also friendly and helpfulrnrnThe beautiful beach was only a 10 minute walk away, and we found a number of lovely beach restaurants....really recommend the newly opened Beach Club restaurant and the Mama Manana restaurant
We stayed at the villa with a toddler and had a great time. The house is even better than the the photos suggest. Not very big, but cozy, quiet and relaxing. The pool area connects the main building with an attached kitchen and makes a great ‘living space’ - we spent most of the time there. This indeed is an authentic villa, not something made for rental purposes only. The furniture and decorations are mostly antiques, though all the amenities are modern. The beds are gorgeous, huge and very comfy. The pool is quite big and very clean, serviced regularly by a professional.
We had a great time at this cozy, stylish villa. We highly recommend it to everyone who likes to take a break from the noise of resort towns in the evenings or relax in a cool pool after a swim in the ocean waves. Here you will find everything you need for life and friendly hosts, ready to do everything for your pleasure.
Clean nice garden, Clean swimming pool and also like a security at night. Also you can walk to the ocean or use tuk tuk, it's not far.. Manager's family is awesome, kind, and they gave nice dress for a birthday for our baby. Million thanks for everything
We had an amazing time over here. We enjoyed our private pool and we had much help from the manager (Douglas).
A beautiful villa with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, a nice pool and a lot of green around the house. It combines the comfort of a modern house with the cosines of surrounding and proximity to wildlife
A brand-new villa, new equipment (well-equipped kitchen) and new appliances, a clean pool, landscaped garden. I certainly can recommend it for more families / couples. We did not miss anything, and we could work at home.
Wonderful quiet place for relaxing holidays
Nothing to say, go with your eyes closed!
